Mr. Christopher J. Leftakis, P.S.M.

Mr. Leftakis has more than 22 years of experience in providing professional surveying and mapping services. After graduating with his Bachelor's of Science degree in 2001 from the University of Florida, he began his professional career as a party chief. From there, Chris made the move in to the office as a survey technician, obtained his professional license, and eventually advanced to senior management. It is his passion to provide high quality client service and surveying products that are on schedule and under budget. Almost his entire professional career has been focused on preparing design and right of way surveys for transportation infrastructure projects in Central Florida for the Florida Department of Transportation and local governments, including Alachua County, Orange County, Seminole County, Polk County, City of Kissimmee, Central Florida Expressway Authority, Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, FDOT District 1, FDOT District 2, FDOT District 4, FDOT District 5 and FDOT District 7. Chris's extensive experience ranges from minor intersection improvement projects to major interstate highway widening projects providing: 3D design surveys, alignments surveys; right of way control surveys, right of way mapping; acquisition parcel legal descriptions; primary and vertical survey control; static LiDAR scanning; photogrammetric and terrestrial mobile LiDAR targeting support; tree surveys; geotechnical and environmental survey support and TIFFT easements.


Ms. Teri A. Beck

Vice President

Ms. Beck started with Geodata Consultants, Inc. in 1994 and has over 35 years of accounting and business operations experience. Ms. Beck is responsible for all financial functions of the company, including arranging and coordinating the company's external audits, optimizing cash flow by maintaining strict controls over cash, preparing reports as required by regulatory agencies, as well as providing human resources and administrative functions. Ms. Beck also assists in marketing for the firm, reviewing contracts, preparing audit packages, automated fee proposals and presentations. Ms Beck's extensive accounting background allows her to work closely with the corporate accountants for the annual corporate tax return and annual audit assessment for the schedule of indirect costs. She is proficient in several accounting software programs and keeps current on all new tax laws. Her expertise covers business operations, financial and tax management, and internal auditing.


Mr.  John J. Campbell, Jr., P.S.M.

Senior Surveyor & Mapper

Mr. Campbell has over 37 years of experience in providing surveying and mapping services. He has extensive experience in performing survey work related to transportation projects for the Florida Department of Transportation, including Districts 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, and the Florida Turnpike Enterprise, for the Central Florida Expressway (CFX), as well as for Orange, Seminole, Pasco, and St. Lucie Counties. Projects incorporated various tasks including right of way and alignment retracement and right of way map preparation, boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision surveys, plat preparation and legal description preparation. He is adept at computer utilization including Microstation, Geopak, Electronic Field Book, CAiCE and other software applications in the production of project deliverables. Through his involvement on many FDOT roadway projects, Mr. Campbell has become a specialist in right of way surveying and mapping and roadway design surveys and has worked with the FDOT staff on a variety of other roadway projects.
